Return Policy for Digital Products

Due to the digital nature of our products (PDFs and Downloads), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
Exceptions (Technical Issues)
If you have a technical issue downloading or accessing a file, contact us within 7 days for assistance.

Consultation & Training Services
Consultations-
Cancellations:
Consultations may be canceled with 48 hour notice and receive a credit toward a future session if payment has already been made. If payment has not been made, no payment shall be required. Credits expire after 3 months.
A no-show is defined as either: not joining the meeting at all, or arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior notice. No shows are able to reschedule with no fee but are not entitled to a refund. Payments made shall be credited to the rescheduled appointment. Credits expire after 3 months.
Reschedule:
Consultations may be rescheduled at any time with any amount paid credited toward the newly scheduled appointment. Credits expire after 3 months.
Trainings -
Cancellations:
Trainings may be cancelled with 7 day notice and receive a credit toward a future training for any amount paid beyond the non-refundable deposit. Credits expire 12 months from issue date.
Reschedule:
Trainings can be rescheduled at any time with any amount paid (including the deposit) credited toward the newly scheduled training. Credits expire 12 months from issue date.
For trainings hosted through another business, their refund and cancellation policy will be respected. Trainings will be clearly marked as being hosted by another business.
Cancelations by Radical Insights Consulting
If Radical Insights Consulting cancels a training or consultation and does not offer a reschedule, you will receive a full refund of any amount paid (including your deposit).
